11.2 Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Where we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that an account has been registered by or is being used by a person below the minimum age, we will suspend the account immediately, initiate verification procedures, and if confirmed, close the account and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
11.3 If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child may have registered an account on 8ffd, please contact our support team immediately so that the matter can be investigated and, if confirmed, the account closed and any associated data handled appropriately.
