1.1 These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "You") and the operator of the 8ffd platform accessible at https://8ffd.cam (hereinafter "8ffd", "Platform", "We", or "Us").
1.2 By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any betting or casino service, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
1.3 These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 8ffd.
1.4 8ffd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age requirement. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register and use the Platform — or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws of your location. 8ffd strictly prohibits underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under the applicable minimum age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any winnings accrued may be forfeited.
3.2 Legal capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from gambling.
3.3 Local law compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3.4 Self-exclusion status. You must not register or use the Platform if you have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services at any operator, or if you have been excluded by any gambling authority.
3.5 One account per person. Each individual may maintain only one active account on the Platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
4.1 When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
4.3 All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. 8ffd shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
4.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 8ffd support immediately. You should also change your password without delay.
4.5 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any such transfer is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
5.1 8ffd is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawal requests, and reserves the right to request verification at any stage during the account lifecycle.
5.2 Standard KYC documentation may include: a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport); proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days); and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation.
5.3 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by 8ffd may result in suspension of withdrawal access or account closure. Funds held in an account pending KYC completion will remain subject to the operator's compliance review process.
5.4 8ffd processes personal data collected during KYC in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6.1 Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
6.2 The minimum and maximum deposit amounts, available payment methods, and applicable processing fees (if any) are set out in the Platform cashier and are subject to change at any time.
6.3 Payment method availability varies. 6.4 Currency amounts displayed in PKR are indicative. Where currency conversion is applied, the operator's prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply. 8ffd is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
6.5 Deposits are typically credited to your account promptly after successful processing; however, 8ffd accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking institution processing times.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be requested to payment methods previously used to fund the account, subject to operator policy and method availability at the time of the request.
7.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. 8ffd reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending completion of the verification process.
7.3 Processing times vary by payment method and account status. No specific processing speed is guaranteed. Bank transfers (for example to HBL, UBL or Meezan Bank accounts) may take longer to process than e-wallet methods. 7.4 8ffd reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests. Where such checks are conducted, processing may be extended. You will be notified if additional information is required.
7.5 Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be subject to separate withdrawal conditions as set out in the relevant bonus terms.
7.6 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier and are subject to change.
8.1 All bonuses, free bets, referral credits, and promotional offers made available by 8ffd are subject to specific promotion terms that include, but are not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and time limits for use and fulfilment.
8.2 Where specific promotion terms conflict with these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion. Where specific terms are silent, these General Terms shall apply.
8.3 Bonuses and promotional credits are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements, or coordinated activity — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. 8ffd reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts in such circumstances.
8.4 All PKR-denominated bonus amounts cited in promotions (for example "PKR 25,000" welcome offers or "PKR 1,000" referral credits) are illustrative unless currently published as active promotions with confirmed terms. Amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
8.5 8ffd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, subject to any obligations already accrued by a User who has met the qualifying conditions.
9.1 All bets are accepted subject to the applicable sports betting rules for the relevant market, sport and competition. These rules govern settlement, void conditions, dead heats, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events.
9.2 Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be cancelled except in the circumstances permitted by the applicable betting rules (for example, where a market is voided due to event abandonment).
9.3 8ffd reserves the right to void any bet accepted as a result of a manifest error, including where odds have been published at clearly incorrect prices due to technical, human, or data-feed error.
9.4 Live in-play markets are provided in real-time and are subject to latency and connectivity conditions. 8ffd accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that was out of date at the time of placement due to connectivity delays on the user's end.
9.5 References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, and other sports on this Platform are for contextual and entertainment purposes only. 8ffd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC, or any cricket team, football club, or sports organisation.
9.6 Maximum winnings per bet, per day, and per event are set by the operator and displayed in the applicable betting rules. These limits may vary by sport and market type.
10.1 Casino games (including slots, table games, live dealer games, and instant games) are provided by third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own published RTP (return-to-player) rate and game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.
10.2 All RNG (random number generator) game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes. 8ffd does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
11.1 Where 8ffd has reasonable grounds to suspect that any of the above activities have occurred, it reserves the right to suspend or close the account immediately, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
12.1 8ffd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC within required timeframes; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
12.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 8ffd support. Where the account is in good standing and KYC is complete, any real-money balance will be returned to you via an available withdrawal method, subject to these Terms and any applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds.
12.4 Self-exclusion requests, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 8ffd will use reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during an active self-exclusion.
13.1 8ffd provides the Platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8ffd's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 8ffd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.1 8ffd is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling should be an entertaining activity and not a source of financial hardship. We actively encourage all users to gamble within their means.

15.2 Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 16.1 8ffd may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the Platform or by email where available. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
